I am a stand alone HR/Employment Law advisor with over 10 years experience in the industry working for a variety of Companies. I have experience in all ER cases, I have drafted contracts of employment and written employee handbooks, created and delivered training programmes for employees at all tiers of the organisational structure.  I have also worked closely with Clients on complex redundancy projects and  recruitment and retention programmes.
